Service Agreement

My Money Mosaic: On-Demand Course
Effective Date of Access: December 1, 2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Reverend Money, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual purchaser (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing and/or accessing the My Money Mosaic: On-Demand Course (“Course”), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Course Access

• You will receive access to the Course beginning December 1, 2025.

• Course access is granted for personal, non-transferable use only. Sharing login details or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.

• Access will remain available for as long as the Course is hosted by the Company. In the event the Course is retired, you will receive at least 30 days’ notice.

2. Course Content

• The Course includes video lessons, written materials, exercises, and reflection prompts designed to support your financial learning journey.

• All materials are owned by Reverend Money, LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. No part of the Course may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified at checkout.

• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once access has been granted.

4. Participant Responsibilities

• You acknowledge that the Course is educational in nature and not a substitute for individualized financial, legal, or tax advice.

• You are responsible for applying the concepts in ways that align with your personal circumstances, values, and goals.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Reverend Money, LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverend Money, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Course.

6. Privacy & Data Use

• By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of information provided during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We reserve the right to share anonymized or aggregated participation data with funding partners for program evaluation purposes.

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the My Money Mosaic: On-Demand Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
